Our Family Doctors offer an after hours urgent line for URGENT MATTERS ONLY THAT CAN NOT wait until the next business day.

This is available from 5pm -8am on Mondays-Friday and weekends.

All Westward Medical Doctors offer same day urgent appointments. Each doctor will have 4 available appointment slots that can only be booked the day of. Most doctors also offer same week appointments for more time sensitive conditions which can be booked online using the same week appointment type or by calling the office.

These appointments can be booked online as early as 6am.

Please book as early as possible as they book up fast!

The After Hours Care Clinic in the Valley provides individuals with same-day, non-emergency care for those in need of speaking to a physician quickly and cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. This clinic is for those who require non-emergent but urgent care and should NOT be a replacement for routine care.

Some examples of presenting conditions include:

  • Minor cuts requiring stitches

  • Sprains and other injuries

  • Fevers and sore throat

  • Infections

Call 250-334-9241 for same-day appointments AFTER 4pm on weekdays and 8:30am on weekends and statutory holidays. Walk-in appointments are not accepted.
